    How to create an interactive office floor plan in 10 minutes?

    Find the fire exit map — it's usually hanging in a visible spot in the hallway. Take a clear, straight-on photo with your smartphone.

    Why does it work?

    Fire exit maps are highly legible, maintain proper proportions, and clearly mark walkways. They make an ideal base for an interactive desk map.

    Mobile Apps

    Turn your smartphone into a professional scanner

    Recommended tools: Polycam or Magicplan (iOS / Android).

    What to do?

    Walk through your office with the camera on. Apps use LiDAR and AR technology to automatically "draw" walls and windows. Export the result as a JPG or PNG and upload it to UseCoord.

    Pen & Paper

    A hand-drawn sketch? No problem!

    Don't have a fire exit map, or your office is being rearranged? Don't wait for the renovation to finish.

    1. Grab a piece of paper and roughly sketch the layout of rooms and desks.
    2. Take a photo (make sure the lighting is good).
    3. Upload it to the system. Our interface lets you place interactive booking points exactly where the furniture is.
